Focusing your attention on a fractal mandala (mandala meditation) is a great way to quiet the mental chatter of the mind. Spend just five minutes a day meditating on a mandala and your mind will begin getting quieter and quieter.
Simply focus your attention on the center of the mandala for five minutes. When you do so you may see the mandala shifting, or its colors may get brighter, or it may appear 3 dimensional, or your peripheral vision may expand. All this is good.
