Spend just five minutes a day meditating on a mandala and your mind will begin getting quieter and quieter.

Simply focus your attention on the center of the mandala for five minutes. When you do so you may see the mandala shifting, or its colors may get brighter, or it may appear 3 dimensional, or your peripheral vision may expand. All this is good. Just keep focused on the center as best you can and enjoy the ride.

I made all the mandalas in this blog myself using Ultra Fractal. I used the kaledoscope effect to get the desired symmetry for the fractals.
